I was reluctant to post such a poor rating for Lightfoot Mechanical. However, the service I received from them was terrible. They completely tore up my sprinkler system promising to leave it uncovered at every break which they did not do. I have them 3 opportunities to rectify the situation and they sent one kid out with a shovel who was either sitting in his truck or gone as soon as we turned our back. They also tore up my lawn in areas where no work was being done. Don’t be fooled by their promises as once they get their money all customer service is done. I was promised a phone call after the last visit where nothing was done and never heard back from them. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. If I could rate them lower I would. I even tipped the workers hoping they will live up to their promises. Unfortunately, they are not reputable!

Michael did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, answered my questions and ensured I was informed throughout the service call. I made the appointment the same day and the company had a rep to my home within 2 hours ready to work. Thanks for the service and I’ll definitely use this company in the future. I highly recommend them to others in the area.

The fan on the AC/heater would not quit running after the heat reached the set temperature. That caused cool air to get blown out. Lightfoot Mechanical sent Josh to find out the problem. He found where a weld broke and the freon leaked out. He quickly repaired it and tested the system and made sure that it was working properly. This is the best company I have used for this reason. Hard workers, honest, and very dependable. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends.
