This company installed my ductless mini split, tank less water heater, and ran a gas line to my kitchen. No problems with any of that. The air handler for the mini split began leaking inside my house. Technician arrived the next day. Technician spent less than 5 minutes to inject pressurized air into the drain pipes to unclog them. Bill arrives...79 dollar visit fee is understandable, they are a business. 159 dollar charge for the unclogging is ridiculous. I call and ask to speak with the manager. He does not return my call. I call again and am informed by the secretary on the phone that the charge will not be lowered. I will no longer fill my propane tanks there. I will have another company do future repairs. I will find out who owns LF Wolfe and send them copies of all my tank refills and future repair work which they could have performed if they chose to engage critical thinking skills and revised my bill. I will tell all my friends and coworkers about my negative experience there and discourage them from conducting business with them. I believe this company was purchased by a Wall St. conglomerate along with many other small town businesses to make the owners or shareholders a certain return on investment at the expense of clients. So be it, just not at mine or my friends and business associates any longer.

This company installed a heating and air unit to my home in September 2016. I have been trying to get them to come out and change a dehumidifier filter that the thermostat had been requesting - and Carrier has been notifying me via email about for a year. They consistently tell me that they will return my calls, visits and emails and that I do not have a humidifier. NO RESPONSES AT ALL!! My response to that was, "If I do not have a dehumidifier, then why is the thermostat asking for a new filter. You installed the unit!" All to no avail! My last result, before contacting an attorney, was to call the corporate office of Carrier. Well, today the corporate office contacted them and I received a response phone call from LF Wolfe telling me that someone would be out today. When that happens, I will feel so much better about this unit but DO NOT waste your time with this company! Customer service is totally negative.

This is not the same family friendly company it was when Lanny Wolfe owned it. We purchased a new heating unit from this company 3 and a half years ago and last week a part that was under warranty quit working. They took their sweet time getting the part in and then when the repair man came out to put the part in, he never even knocked on the door to check on the thermostat to see if it was indeed working. When my husband called them that afternoon, he was told to make sure the breaker was on. The breaker was on but the heating unit wasn’t working because the repair man did not do his job correctly. We went another cold night without heat in the main part of the house, unnecessarily. For the privilege of going without heat for nearly a week, in February, we have been told we will have to pay for service and installation of the part replaced at the tune of $200.00, or more. Needless to say, I will never purchase another heating unit from this company, ever again!
