  Got home from work on the 16 of Feb. and basement was filling with water and Sump Pump not working. Called office, and was able to use bypass to get water out initially, and called and they sent Dylan Wells out on an emergency call. He arrived on time and was very cordial and had on mask and wore foot covering in the house. He explained what was wrong and what was needed at each step and we agreed on what was to be done. Dylan did the work in a fair amount of time and cleaned up all of the old equipment and left my basement spotless related to the service. Unfortunately as a customer it doesn't seem many places keep that in mind but I have to say my interactions with Dylan were very professional and I found him very competent with the work needing to be done. Would give this work and interaction 5 stars and would highly recommend this company for any job. I also found the woman who called me back in a short time to be very detail oriented, cordial and very helpful.

  Very happy with the service provided by Levine & Sons! The toilet, tub, and sinks in our house were plugged up and not draining despite the couple things we tried, so we called them out to help. Xavier arrived in just over a half hour and was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He had everything fixed within a half hour of arriving and made it all very simple. I definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues and we will be using them again if needed in the future!

  I called as a first time homeowner concerned about strange sounds my furnace was making. When I called for the appointment, the scheduling staff were all very pleasant and attentive, and were able to schedule me quickly. Winston came out on time. He was kind, courteous and took the time to educate me about exactly how my furnace should work. He happily explained my system multiple times, and answered all of my questions. He proceeded to clean and check my furnace. Showed me what parts were faulty and what that meant. Showed me the replacement parts and how they worked.. Even allowed me to video the parts as he described them. He discussed my future options, ballpark figures and names of people to contact. After the job was completed he showed me the improvement in performance and explained the charges and recommendations. I felt confident in the work, and happy to know that I have a company I can trust to work with in the future.
