  Awful Unprofessional

  Furnace stopped working while I was in school. Girlfriend called around looking for someone. Obviously it's a busy time of the year and everyone is spread thin, but we had no heat and it was an emergency. The person who answered the phone was the most unprofessional and rude person in the world. She got laughed at by this person for asking for help. She has never had an experience this bad before with a company that's suppose to be professional. Maybe this company could find people to work for them that are actually decent human beings and don't tear down other people who don't have the same knowledge as them. We called five other places and they were all booked up, but yet we're nice to us and gave us other names to call. It's called having good manners and being polite which you learn when you're five. Rude rude rude. Would give zero stars if possible

  No heat at 2 AM. Waited to call during normal hours I was told tech would be here after 2. He showed up at 12:45. 5 minutes to figure out the problem and just over an hour to repair. Price was half what I thought it would be! Very pleased with there work !

  This past October we had a Navien Combination furnace and on demand hot water system installed in our home and are so pleased with the work that was done. The quote was reasonable, the installation was timely, the clean up and removal of the old system was excellent, and the savings since installing the system have been pretty impressive. When we had questions about the new system they were answered promptly. The folks in the office the on-call staff, the installers, and the technicians have been professional, thoughtful, and certainly interested in our getting the best customer service possible. This weekend, we had a minor problem. Roger the technician called, assessed the situation by phone and then came by as soon as possible on Monday, explained very thoroughly what had occurred and had us back in working order in a matter of minutes. We would not hesitate to use LePrevost Plumbing and Heating in the future.
