  Steve, Christian, and Ron did a fantastic job replacing our water line today. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally at ease with this huge project. They definitely put their customers first! I will recommend Leon Landis to everyone! Thank you for your hard work!!

  Absolute worst experience. I called for pricing and availability. (My lease states I’m required to service the heat pump and I was moving out.) They wanted to speak to my landlord first before discussing anything further. He was not able to get in touch with him so I called someone else who was able to come out that day. Well Leon Landis then took it upon themselves to call my landlord In February (After I moved) and claim I authorized service and wanted it billed to me. The money was then deducted from my deposit because of their false claim of authorization. I wrote a review on their fb page. I was asked by Ann to take it down. So I did and we began to discuss the issue. It was their pushy salesmanship that caused this mess. I told Ann multiple times I did not authorize a service I called for pricing and availability. It’s called shopping around. I was then blocked from being able to comment, message, or review their business page. She proceeded to then message me from her personal page and made sure to throw in that she has friends at my place of employment. Completely unprofessional! My place of employment has zero to do with anything. I’m uncertain where any of this is a threatening angry stance. It wasn’t until after I posted a review did my message get answered.

  We tried very hard to figure out a resolution to this issue. Laurie asked us on Jan 29 to service the heating system by Jan 31 and asked us to contact the landlord for permission (we require the owner's permission to work on equipment). We attempted to reach the landlord, but didn't hear back from the landlord until after she moved out. We did try several times to get back in touch with Laurie, but she never responded to our calls. At that point, the landlord asked us to service the heating system and bill him. Laurie began messaging the company on Facebook and immediately put a bad review up. We asked her to remove the review while we tried to resolve the issue. She took an angry, threatening posture. Ann was working with Laurie and tried to explain that we were trying to resolve it, that we all live and work in the same community, and even has friends with kids that attend lessons at Laurie's place of employment. After Laurie's complaint, we did speak with the property manager and were told that the landlord requested the service and took it out of her security deposit, so it was between Laurie and the landlord. We were asked to stay out of it. We explained that to Laurie and asked Laurie to call the office to discuss further. The angry, threatening messages continued. She repeatedly messaged the company, Ann and the company's owner, Bob. We felt we had no choice but to block her on Facebook.
