  These guys are genuinely the most honest and ethical service technicians I have EVER worked with! They've serviced my house twice, the first was replacing a water heater that was a flat rate for everything- no nickel and dime-ing, and this morning they came out to check my main water line leaking at the valve. I was ready to pay the estimated quote but the technician checked and was able to repair without replacing, saving me over $100. Since we were still within the service hour, they also helped check and repair a couple of other quick fixes in the home all within the service rate. I'm amazed that there are not more reviews for them, this company is so SO great to work with.
