  First time using Leo & Son, bought a new start of the art Trane thermostat from the place and asked if someone could install it that same day. They obliged and the tech they sent (Adam) is a superhero (Iceman)!

  Each time I have needed repairs on my heating system. They have had someone there within 2 hours. They have the most professional tech's I have ever used. The staff at the office is always friendly and most helpful.

  I had used Leo Jones & Son twice before, about a year ago, and they were fantastic. My central air quit on me so I of course called on them again. I got the runaround for 3 weeks about when they could get to me. I live about 25 miles away. Me and my son went 3 wks without air because I wanted to really have them be the ones to come fix it because of using them before, and you can't never be too careful about who you hire to do repairs. I explained about not having air but it didn't seem to matter to them. I know they are busy but surely someone without air conditioning for weeks in the summer would have been somewhat of a priority, especially from a repeating costumer. Very disappointing.
