  Five Stars For Sure! They came at exactly the time they said that they would. They diagnosed the problem and came up with a cost (which they stuck to). They were very neat, putting on protective show covers and laying down a carpet-mat where the work was being done. It probably took them longer than they had anticipated and encountered some unexpected set-backs but proceeded in a professional manner and even pointed out some suggestions. Putting their number on my speed dial.

  No response from voice-mail left. Had water in basement and had to call another place and was taken care of with them instead. Not a great first time experience.

  Bad bad Services they charge me 347 dollars and I still have the same problem and to put the machine again 165 dollars more.
