  I had a leaking water heater from the pressure control valve on the side. Dustin from Len the Plumber came out the next morning, provided me with 3 different options and pricing for each. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained all the details I needed to make an informed decision. My water heater is about 9 years old, but I opted to have it flushed and the pressure valve replaced. Dustin explained everything he was doing so I understood the process. He is a great tech and the experience was solid. I liked having the ability via text message to track when the tech was arriving. Overall, very pleased!

  They responded quickly & efficiently to replace our leaking water heater even though it was Sunday. The plumber was highly skilled, courteous and was able to present several options for replacement. The work was completed on time and for the price agreed. I will definitely use their services in the future.

  Called on the evening prior, and got an appointment pretty fast. We were aware of the $49 service fee to have someone come out to take a look at our work, so we made it very clear that we needed wires grounded outside, and the person setting up our appointment on the phone saw no issues with that kind of work, nor warned that that was outside the company's scope. When the technician, Larry, came out the next day, he immediately said Len the Plumber doesn't ground wires. That was a fast way to be scammed out of $49. We also asked on the phone if they could take a look at a new sink faucet we have been having trouble with installing. Technician turned on the water, saw where it was leaking from and quickly deemed that he'd need to replace the whole trap under the faucet and then reassemble the faucet...for $600. Didn't provide any alternatives. Won't be going with Len the Plumber. Bad experience and outrageous pricing. EDIT: got a flyer from Appleton Campbell, so we called as soon as the Len the Plumber tech left our house. We got a same-day appointment with FREE ESTIMATE. And the work was done for MUCH, MUCH less. The Appleton Campbell tech helped us walk through some options for fixing the sink and was able to provide a quote for grounding wires.
