  We purchased a new home with an HSA Warranty. When I put in a claim for my AC, I was assigned Lemanski as the contractor. They called immediately and started to schedule a visit. When they saw I was home warranty call, I was told I would receive a call back as they needed to contact HSA. Five days later, still no word. I left a voicemail without a return call. I then called HSA to check the status of my claim. HSA placed me on hold and called Lemanski's to check the status. HSA was able to immediately get in touch with them and HSA was informed they were too busy. I understand if a company is too busy, but a call back to let the customer know would have been appreciated, instead of leaving us in the dark.

  I had my annual heating and A/C cleaning today. The technician was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. I have been using this service for the past eleven years, and I am always happy with them.
