Highly recommend! Honest, professional and fair! This company has serviced both my home and business, and I could not have been more pleased! Definitely an asset to southern Maryland!

I just had an attic furnace and heat pump installed. I had used Leitch in the past for line leakage work but nothing more. Last year, they recommended that the attic system, 20 years old, be replaced. From the beginning I felt like the company was never trying to up sell me anything and recommended a unit they thought best the house size. After doing some research, I agreed. Nathan and his assistant were polite and professional. I checked over their work and didn't see any obvious short cuts or glaring errors. They addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up with no issues. I didn't feel I needed to watch over their shoulder while they worked.

They were courteous and seemed very knowledgeable installing a new system after previously installing another new system 3 years ago. They said our outside unit went bad from power surge or something.  I sure wasn't happy paying for a new system again but what other choice was there. This time we will make sure to maintenance the unit twice a year to keep the warranty. They did explain it was pricey because of labor although it only took a few hours to put in. It works great now.

Our air conditioner stopped working properly and lukewarm air was coming through the vents. I made an after hours call to Leitch with their answering service and they said a tech will call you back tonight.
Well, Ryan Green, called and he came through for us in a MAJOR way! Our house was 77° and climbing and he arrived at 8:45PM to service our a/c with a smile on his face.
We've never been so grateful to have a repairman come to our house.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leitch Heating and Air and give Ryan a 5/5 stars for his politeness and experience.

We bought a home with 3 year old HVAC unit that suddenly started sputtering and wouldn't stay on.  After multiple terrible experiences with the person our home warranty company sent out to "fix" the unit, it still wasn't working.  We decided to contact a local company and I'm so glad we contacted Leitch.  The scheduling staff was friendly and accommodating, the technicians who came to the house were friendly and knowledgeable. They even provided a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way.  The rates were very reasonable and the technicians took the time to explain the issue and discuss our options. My A/C needed repair and Lietch made sure I got a technician on my timeline. He was polite, efficient, had it fixed in no time. More importantly to me, he was meticulous about pandemic protocols, I did not have to ask him to wear a mask properly, he just did.
