  Let me tell you, my house was a basket case. First I had a leak. With no idea as to where the leak was coming from, a toilet that was backing up something serious and a leaky pipe I knew of. Having had terrible plumbers in the past, as you can read in the previous statement, I was skeptical to hire another. But after talking to legacy on the phone I could tell there was professionalism in the way they spoke and knowledge behind the craft. They arrived on the job and promptly got to work, they started by diagnosing my leak, and showing how my water heater had failed. After asking if it was repairable they then showed me how it was not and found me a hell of a deal on a replacement. Moving onto to the clog, they were able to unclog the toilet and make a few repairs to it as well. The leaky pipe was a breeze for them to fix considering the other two jobs were a little more involved. They gave me advice and recommendations along the way and gave me a solid price. I would recommend this guy to any person whoever needed plumbing to be done

  Very happy with their whole process. Someone answered my call after hours for what we thought was a busted pipe in the wall. The plumber (David) arrived on time the next morning and checked several things thoroughly to try not to have to open the wall up. Finally figured out it was a leaking toilet. He called a few times during each step to tell me how much money I would need to spend at each step. New toilet installed within 2 hours and cleaned everything up even better than it looked before. David was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

  Maybe Eastern North Carolina is different, but where I’m from if you call a plumber late on a Friday afternoon, good luck. You better have a big bucket. These guys not only answered the phone (shocking) but were on site exactly when they said they would be. Worked until 7:30 PM replacing leaking hot water heater. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend these guys.
