I've used Lee Company many times over the years and mostly been pleased with their service. Recently scheduled a basic kitchen faucet installation. This took one hour and cost $307 which actually took into account my maintenance contract. I was expecting about $100 or $150 as it required no special tools or unusual effort. I was told it was a flat rate after the installation was completed. I'm really surprised that a simple one hour job costs this much.

Lee companies employees are very professional courteous and meticulous. They installed two air vents in basement and cleaned the drywall work so that it looked as if nothing had been done. The vents were put in a good location that adds and not detracts from the room, the price was reasonable. We use Lee company for all of our HVAC needs. I would highly recommend this company

Colton and Chad serviced multiple units… In one day! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly! They walked me through several issues, patiently explaining and advising me. I felt completely comfortable asking questions and getting clarification when I didn’t understand, without them making me feel ignorant. They went above and beyond in many aspects! Examples- making the place look better when they left than it did when they got there, replacing a tricky AC filter for a tenant who asked, being flexible on the timing of some tenants schedules, and just being SO likable and professional! If all the employees at Lee are like these two men, you are very lucky and will always outperform your competitors! Thank you again, we are now Lee Co. customers for everything and for life!
