  Bought new home had aerobic system installed. Did not come out to do service. Had to call to get new contract and charged $265 for Service contract for one year, and to add salt. Less than a month after service, compressor went out for another $590. Service only covers adding salt an checking system. Called and said to bad compressor only has 2 year warranty from install date and is not covered under contract. Poor disclosure and communication. They said compressor only last 2 years.

  Every interaction I have had with this company has been negative. When they installed our system, I asked if they could put one of the sprinklers out 5 feet further because we wanted to put a pool where they were planning to put the sprinkler. They were unwilling to dig the trench 5 feet further. Then after 9 months they tell me my septic system need to be pumped and they won’t be able to service it until we pay them to pump it. It did not need to be pumped. Then I receive a call asking if the could use my driveway to get into my neighbors house to install their new septic. I said yes and when I got home my yard was completely destroyed. Huge ruts all in my yard from their vehicles. Then we called because our septic system isn’t working. The lady that answered the phone acting like we were inconveniencing them by giving them our business. She rudely stated she couldn’t get anyone out here for a couple of days. We told her we were fine with that. That was a month ago. No one ever called or ever showed up.
