  Lech brother did a great job with waterline leak in the front of my house. They completed the job timely and made sure we had water by the end of the day in our house so it didn’t interrupt our daily routine which I really appreciated. The only issue we had were they were extremely busy with other jobs during this pandemic so it took them some time to come and work on my house but once they started the work it was done timely. They are knowledgeable and kept me aware of everything. Beside waiting for them to start the job everything was great so they are worth the wait.

  Seems to be hit or miss. I've had 4 work items done with this company through my home insurance company. The first project was a leaking water hose bib. I was very impressed with how fast they responded (in the middle of a pandemic). They were able to quickly identify and fix the issue at a reasonable cost. The second project was a hot water heater leak and I believe an estimate to replace two pop up tub drains. This time it was very difficult to schedule an actual appointment. One of the employees explained that they were working on a couple projects which was understandable. One of the technicians checked out the water heater and put on a new a relief valve. This didnt fix the leak. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment to have them come back out. I ended up calling two additional plumbing companies who both indicated that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. The existing warranty covered the replacement. I did receive a bill for $130 which felt a little high seeing as the piece didnt resolve the issue. The third issue was a toilet leak. They came out pretty quick and again identified and fixed the problem. I thought the price was very reasonable. The owner(?) was also very professional and apologized for the previous lack of communication. That goes a long way for customer service. The fourth issue was a leaking pipe at our second residence. One of the technicians scheduled an appointment for 2:00 and told me that he would call me if he was unable to make the appointment. He did not show up at 2:00 nor did he call to reschedule. After a week passed, I reached back out to the home insurance company to have a second company come out. They identified the issue and replaced an interior pipe. Overall the employees are respectful and do good work. My only concern is the unreliability due to the lack of communication and scheduling.

  If you want an extremely knowledgeable group of professionals working at your house this company should be your pick! I got their name from a co-worker many years ago and they didn't dissapoint. They installed a grinder sewer pump into the sewer main for us. This is a huge job which requires digging up your yard with an excavator and running new plumbing inside your home. It's not a job for an inexperienced crew. They have fair pricing, they are professional and experienced. If they are busy with other jobs then give them time, they will always get back to you. It's worth the wait to have someone do it right. Thank you lech brothers for your hard work in west Hanover! Highly recommend!
