  Leaks and Liners was one of over a dozen Kansas City area pool companies I called to inquire about replacing my inground pool liner.  I decided to go with Leaks and Liners after reading their online reviews, receiving a couple of referrals from reputable pool builders, and being impressed with the level of customer service I received while making my initial inquiries.    Tyler always answered or quickly returned all my calls and made sure I was informed of the timeline to manage expectations. My pool is older and needed concrete floor repairs to fix the cracked and uneven floor surfaces in addition to a new liner.  Leaks and Liners did all the work themselves while overcoming issues out of their control, such as power outages, bad weather, and liner manufacturing communication issues.  Overall, I love the end product and have zero regrets about going with Leaks and Liners.   I would highly recommend this local small business to anyone and will definitely use them again when I need a new liner.

  We have a liner pool that is 16 years old and in need of a replacement liner. We contacted Leaks and Liners and they scheduled a meeting to evaluate our situation. At that meeting, they were very informative and answered all our questions. After that meeting, we decided to move forward. They came out and measured, ordered the liner, and installed the liner on a timely basis. We are very pleased with the end result! We now have a 16 year old pool that looks brand new. I highly recommend Leaks and Liners!

  Absolutely incredible experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. We replaced our liner and the team found and fixed some hidden issues. Pool looks amazing and their great service continues. The team was recommended to me and I would happily pass along my recommendation too!
