  The plumbing problem they were called about has not been fixed so I can not leave a review for that. However, I can leave a review concerning what was done. The cabinet doors that lead under the sink have been sealed shut for many years with caulk and several coats of paint. In the 18 yrs I have lived here, I have painted the kitchen multiple times. The water to the kitchen faucet runs behind the sink. The only thing under the sink is the drain which had absolutely nothing to do with why the repairmen were called. Still, they felt it necessary to force open the cabinet doors. I was sitting just a few feet from them talking to my son and they never said a word about what they were doing. I do not understand why they would rip the cabinet doors open when they were obviously sealed shut with total disregard to the damage it caused. If they had told me they needed under the sink I could have used a blade to give them access which would have not made a mess and could have been easily repaired. They also could not be bothered by cleaning up the mess they made. They left a mess inside the sink as well. . The 1 star rating is for lack of respect to property, unprofessionalism, and failure to clean up after themselves and acknowledge the damage they caused. I also thought it strange that a plumber could not tell the difference between a kitchen faucet and a utility faucet. Amberly Hadley, you will not find any records of me being your customer because I am a tenant and the work order would be under the homeowner's name. I can assure you this review is valid.

  I would not recommend!!! The pricing for services is very arbitrary, they tell you one thing and charge another. When I tried to argue with their pricing they hung up on me. I still paid over the phone and requested a receipt. It's been 2 weeks now. I find the office staff VERY unprofessional Several people hang up on you, when they don't like what you say. Then told me never to call them again. Like they are the only plumber in the area. Not a way to do business!!!

As we have been serving this area since 1904, we pride ourselves on quality work and customer service. I do not show your name in our list of accounts, so we do not have the same information.   Amberly the owner is very rude and will hang up on you. I live in a double wide and had them snake from a clean out. After a hour and a half they told me I had a busted pipe and couldn’t fix it. Charged me $225 and told me not to use the toilets or water. And they left at 3:50 pm. So I’m at home for the 2nd day without plumbing. I WOULD NOT, repeat would not use this rude business. Oh and her excuse is we’ve been in business since 1904. Yeah stealing from people.
