  I found out on Sunday that my bathroom was leaking into the apartment under mine. We already removed the ceiling below to assess the problem, so any water leaking was going to make a mess and create structural damage. I needed to get this fixed quick because staying in a hotel every night at $95 + tax can be costly. Plumbing is not exactly optional, if it needs fixed, then it has to be fixed. I wouldn’t ask anyone to work on a Sunday, but I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible, so I went ahead and reached out to Lawson. I was happy that he set up a time to come out the following afternoon (today), and I took 1/2 day off work. When he showed up, he did not have tools, wasn’t prepared to work and said he didn’t have time to do it because he had to pick his kid up from school but could do it the following day. I was very confused as to why he even came out and why he didn't just make the appointment for a time when he actually had time to work. I was aggravated because it was getting late in the day, my time was wasted and this was going to cost me a hotel stay. I reached out to a local construction supplier who recommended another plumber that showed up within 30 minutes with tools and quickly got to work, getting the job done in an hour. If Lawson had just made the appointment for later in the week when he had time to work, I could have looked for someone to come sooner and if I found someone I could have cancelled my appointment with him. I got it fixed anyway, but him showing up not being prepared to work created a stressful situation and tied up my time. I'm giving 2 stars because he was nice on the phone and arrived on time, although I'm confused as to why he even came out. It only took the other guy an hour. I'm just confused.

  I have used Mr. Lawson on 2 different occasions. I am very pleased with his work, his promptness and his reasonable pricing. I have recommended him to others and would certainly use him again if the need arises.

  I have called many times.. no answer
