  Worked with me and my tenants as I am currently outside of NC. Was very helpful and responsive. Replaced my back door and framing/trim that was ruined due to water damage. Easily could have ripped me off as I wasn't there and had to rely on his word, but I experienced very honest feedback and received close up pictures of everything. Even picked up the door I bought online from Lowe's. Pricing was very fair and everything was done quickly. I would reccomended and plan on using them in the future!

  Don't waste your time with them. They couldn't even get back to me with an invoice and price for a pair of porch railings I needed installed.

  I do not remember this customer I don't know if it's a competitor. Seems like the whole thing wasted both of our times and I don't think I would have wasted my gas and my time and money not to give an astronaut without a valid reason. Before anyone wishes to be empowered and talk down about a company they should first remember everyone has problems everyone sometimes forgets and sometimes people just don't like your attitude search avoid conflicts and bring your company in a bad light they just don't call back it's not worth the hassle.
