  We called LAV Plumbing regarding a plumbing issue with one of our rental properties. The property is now having the same issue and I guess there is no warranty on their work and they are unwilling to go back out to the property as it's a bit of an emergency. I would think twice before using them since they don't stand by their work.

  I do apologize that we are very backed up at this time on our schedule. I explained today, 6/2/21 that roots can grow back in your sewer line. When we came out last month, we provided the information in writing to you on 5/6/21 that "we cleared roots from your line".

  I called about a faulty sink disposal. The receptionists/dispatch workers have some room for improvement, as it took them two days to call me back when it was promised they’d call me back the same day. Also I could not hear the girl on the phone, and when I told her as much she said it was her phone and there’s nothing she could do about it. That struck me as very odd and unprofessional, why wouldn’t they just get a new phone or have the phone company out to take a look? Just very strange practice for a business, but whatever. However, Lu, the service guy, was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It took him virtually no time to complete his job and he did that job extremely well. I’m very impressed and will 100% choose this company again, regardless of office staff quality.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company, they were very professional and return your calls back not like the other plumbing companies we call still haven’t heard back. We call today and they were here and fix our issues. Thank you
