  Called on a Thursday and was told it would be about 2 weeks to get someone out to pump my tank. 3 weeks went by and nothing, called again and they said I still wasn't on the schedule but they would make a note I called. Another week went by and nothing. I called another company on a Friday to come pump and they said they would be out middle of the next week. We have used Laudolff before and were pleased and would have used them no questions asked for the whole time we are living in their service area, however the lack of communication on their end has put that to rest, and I was very disappointed in how this was all handled.

  Great people to work with. If you need a septic give them a call. Nick has been great with working with us and had squeezed us in at the end of the year with almost no notice!
