  My electric hot water heater went on the fritz and smelled like it was going to burn up. Called Latham in early afternoon, got a call back within the hour, and within the next hour Thomas arrived. He analyzed the problem, had the correct parts on hand, and fixed it with no difficulty. Maybe I was just lucky with the timing, but I couldn't be more pleased. Thomas is a great guy, he knows his stuff, and he got the job done right. I will definitely be calling Latham next time I need a plumber.

  John came instantly when i called. fixed my leaky kitchen faucet in 15-20 minutes and saved my bacon! i have 6 dinner guests coming this evening and houseguests tomorrow. pleasant fellow. wore a mask, which i liked. did great fast work. a little spendy but worth it for fast service. he was my 8th plumber call -- alphabetically. he was the only one who could come in the next week!!!!
