  Called for a drain backing up into the house, they agreed to come out on a Sunday. We have a very steep driveway, so it was understandable that the guy didn’t want to drive down it initially (however UPS and Fedex don’t seem to have issues), but how he handled it was very rude and unprofessional. His grandson walked down the driveway and told my partner they weren’t able to drive their rig down the driveway, and said my partner could walk up and talk to his grandfather. My partner says he needs to grab his coat, so he goes back in, grabs it, but by the time he got to the top of the driveway they were gone. As in, nowhere to be seen, which means they didn’t even actually wait any amount of time for him to walk up, they just left as soon as the grandson got back to the car. So he calls the guy, who reiterates that can’t come down the driveway because my partner’s car was parked at the top which made them believe he didn’t think he could drive down either. My partner tried to explain that he had driven his car up this morning to make room for them, and that he can ferry equipment etc down in his car if they still don’t feel comfortable using the driveway, but the guy just says no we aren’t doing it.

  Very professional and polite! These men came straight in (Kris & Stefan) and got the job done! The kiddo got a firetruck wedged in the toilet pretty good and they had to lift the toilet to get it out. I heard no complaints of any sort and was treated without judgment. I would HIGHLY recommend Larry Murrary's Drain Cleaning for all your drain cleaning needs!

  I got to meet THE Larry Murray. Super nice and professional. Gave me tips and taught me some things during the service. Had me unclogged in a jiffy. Highly recommend these folks!
