      I absolutely recommend Larry Delcambre AC! I moved into an older house and needed to completely replace my AC unit. A couple hours after I called, Mr. Leroy came inspect everything and gave me a quote. Within less than a week, I had a brand new unit installed, new ductwork, added vents in the bathroom, and all old vents were replaced. Everything about my experience working with this company was professional and efficient. The workers were very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and communicative. The heating and cooling is working great! If you are looking for a company that is very reliable, responsive, and trustworthy... go with Larry Delcambre!!

      We called Larry Delcambre AC and Heating when our heater fan started making a loud sound we assumed were bad bearings. That same morning the serviceman diagnosed the problem, and said the parts were in stock, quoted a price and with approval picked up the parts and our heater was repaired within an hour. No drama, good customer service. Satisfied.

      on June 7, 2020 I noticed that my A/C wasn't cooling. I looked for the obvious problems, but couldn't isolate an issue. I called Larry Delcambre's at 5:35 pm and was told their technician was on a job, but that he would be responding. I received a text at 5:38 pm saying the technician was on his way but, at 7:38 pm I called again just to make sure there wasn't any miscommunication. He did arrive before 8:00 pm and within 5 minutes isolated the issue to a bad capacitor on the compressor. He had a replacement on his truck and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. My only concern is that the defective capacitor was the same one he identified as being "weak" during the previous maintenance on 4/2/2020. Hindsight being 20/20, it would have saved me an after hours charge had he changed it then, although I did get a 10% discount because of the maintenance program. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service they provide and have been a loyal customer for the last 15 years, and I see no reason that that will be changing in the future.
