We had a water pipe outside replaced and they did a great job! Carl and his assistant left our yard looking like nothing ever happened. Plus they were done way sooner than thought. Very professional.

I have used Larkin Plumbing many times over the years and have spent thousands of $$. I was always satisfied with their service even though their hourly rate was pretty high. Today I called them to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. The young man that looked at the faucet said that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. It is a Kohler faucet with a lifetime warranty, so I told him I would call Kohler and have them ship a new one and when it arrived, I would call Larkin to replace it. Rick was a very polite young man and agreed that since it was Kohler, that is the way I should go rather than spending 100's of dollars for a new one. He said to just give them a call when the replacement arrived and they would install and then he left. A few minutes later, my doorbell rang and Rick was very apologetic, but said his office told him that he needed to collect $184.50 from me even though he was only here for 12 minutes. If that is the way they treat a pretty loyal customer, I will never use them again.

Carl handled our service from start to finish. He was very kind, personable and professional on the phone. When he came out to do the work we were given up front pricing, and given detailed info on the procedure. Carl started work early the next day and eventually Nick Smith joined to help speed up the process. We were so grateful to both Nick and Carl for being fun and efficient the whole time. They got the job done quick with amazing quality. Thanks Larkin Plumbing!!
