  We "inherited" Larew Kuper when we bought our home here in the summer of 2019. They were fast and responsive when the AC wasn't keeping up. Ben was thorough and explained the nuances of our system and that of the former owner's wishes. Since then he's been out twice for seasonal maintenance calls. Today he found chipmunks had been packing moss in the unit. He thoroughly cleaned it, then blocked any holes that gave them access...all as part of the seasonal plan. Talk about giving a sense of confidence. And you'll love Helen when you call to set your appointment too....true service.

  These guys are amazing. We got left high and dry the day before Thanksgiving a few years ago with a new oven that the original people would not install. When we called LAREW they came out that day to fix it for us. Since then they've come out to check our heat and to install a new air conditioner. Both of worked out great and they even called to remind us to schedule appointment to try and qualify for rebates on our unit. They are fast friendly and amazing to work with. Even my four-year-old loves them!
