  Office ladies were super helpful. I needed a specific part to fix a shower. They showed me what they had and I got the exact cartridge I needed and they were cheaper than other places in town that I had checked with.

  Before they did any work I asked for a quote. When the job got done I got a bill for double they quoted me and they didn't even do any of the work. Another company did all the work.
