  My water heater was leaking and I needed to have it replaced. Due to the nature of my work it's nearly impossible to schedule appointments. I called Lapp's for a quote. They were not the only ones I called but they were the only ones that returned my call, and fairly quickly at that. Matt asked me questions about my water heater over the phone so he knew what I needed. Alan showed up a short time later to look at the heater and verify the information. They were able to replace the water heater the same day. They have the old school work ethic and treat their customers right. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Just to be fair about this, another company eventually called me back but not until after I had already accepted Lapp's estimate. Thank you Alan and Matt.

  Allan and Mike were terrific! They did a great job and were very friendly and personable. Very reasonably priced. I am so happy to have found them. I will definitely call on them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality plumbing job!!! Thank you Allan and Mike!!

  Needed plumbing service for a slow water leak. Alan and Michael responded in less than an hour. Reasonable pricing and good service. I'm sure I'll be calling again for future service. Also had the pleasure of return business as my sprinkler system needed repair. Michael came out and fixed it one day after calling.
