We had a free standing tub that had leaks in the braided supply lines under the tub. We paid a plumber 6 months earlier to repair the leaking tub and were told the leak was in the handheld sprayer, and they would not stand behind their work and refused to come back over. LaPensee was wonderful to work with. Roland was very professional and systematically addressed the problem and did what was needed to repair the problem. He ended up having to call another plumber named Dale to help pull up the tub. They checked every connection and did a fabulous job. Both were very pleasant and professional. Thank you LaPensee. I won't hesitate to call if I need other plumbing repairs.

This company was recommended by Ryan's plumbing since I was outside of their range of work that they do. Great interaction and super friendly on the telephone and got me scheduled for a backflow preventer test right away. Very reasonable price on the backflow test as well.

I have used LaPensee for HVAC, Plumbing and Pool repairs, I also use them for weekly pool service and AC maintenance, I am very satisfied with their service. I scheduled a service call to have the three exterior spigots on my house replaced. The service tech, Jimmy called me when he arrived and thoughtfully recommended a plan to complete the job. I arrived home later that day to find properly installed spigots, the stucco repaired around the new fixtures and the surrounding areas clean, I could not be happier with the job and can tell that Jimmy takes pride in his work.
