  I was warned not to use this company because they take advantage of older people. I wish I had listened. They are not a reputable company.

  I'm so sad you have a negative feeling about our company & you never reached out to me to try to resolve anything!!! I am always available ANY time & try to make sure EVERYONE is happy & taken care of. I have plenty of customers that can vouch for that. Also I have self financed, interest free several families that were in need. Including an elderly couple that the wife was battling cancer & I couldn't bare for her to go without AC. I dont think anyone could say we take advantage of older people. If you have any issue you should always call me. I have reviewed the photos of the equipment & the invoice & the call. The call came in at 935 on Friday morning the end of a very HOT August. We were totally booked but because you had company coming in I squeezed you in. My technician was there from 1:29pm till 3:47pm & remembers a positive interaction with you & got you up & going. I am available any time & would love to resolve any issue you may have.
