  I called their office to set an appointment for them to come investigate low hot water output. It was not an emergency so I left a message and they called me back the next business day. Great customer service from the helpful person who answered my call to the agent who came to assess my plumbing. They were very helpful and transparent with policy and pricing, I will use their services in the future.

  Lanston pluming are really great! We had a water leakage in an hour washer and they came right away my husband call him at 6 in the morning and there were here very quick I love them they they do a great job
