  Cody & Ryan were on time, professional and courteous and were also extremely conscious of their cleanliness and respecting our property. The job was fantastic and done in a timely manner. 👏 👍 👌 WHEN I use this store again in the future I sincerely hope I get these two gentlemen. Thank you Langels for a 5 star job well done!

  We had them install a brand new furnance, heat pump, and duct work at our house 9 years ago and it has never worked correctly from the very beginning. We have a 2 story house and they were supposed to place the furnace in a certain spot in the basement so the hair flow could go directly up both stories without having to manuever around corners, they did not. We have an open staircase on our main floor to the upstairs and the the temp upstairs was 10 degrees colder in the winter and hotter in the summer than the main floor. You can literally feel the hair change temp as you go up the stairs. They also did not put in as many vents upstairs as needed or as we discussed at our walk thru and did not tape the duct seams(we did that). The heat and ac in our house on each floor from room to room is very uneven as well. It was so cold in our master bedroom that I bought an electric fireplace to just get it warm in there. I feel like I shouldn't have had to that with a new unit installed. They have replaced the motherboard and numerous other parts in both the heat pump and furnance. I feel like if you put a new unit in and it does not work correctly, you should stand behind it. After all, I paid for a brand new working unit, not a new unit that did not work. The parts themselves are under warranty, but the labor is not so we get charged every time they come fix it....even right after it was installed and not working correctly. They don't seem to care that the air is disbursed so unevenly in the house either. The outdoor unit was supposed to be mounted up off the ground and on the side of the house, it is not. It's sitting on the ground. This thing has been a nightmare for the last 9 years and now my compressor has gone bad and they are trying to sell me a whole new furnace and heat pump unit for another 12k....

  Can’t say enough good about these guys. They are always right there when we need them even after hours and on weekends. Great pricing and workmanship !! Thanks Derek and the gang for doing a phenomenal job for us!!!
