  On Thanksgiving 2021 I experienced a leak in the slab of my Home in Carmel. Nick quickly responded and explained every aspect of this very complex repair that did result in a complete repiping of my Home. He arranged for necessary permits, subcontractors etc.and and was there at every step in this weeks long process during the Pandemic. With the expert professional guidance of Nick at Landmark I was able to survive this catastrophic pipe failure with my sanity intact and the piece of mind knowing the plumbing of my home is in the best shape ever.   I've lived on the Peninsula for 12 years without need for a plumber, so I had no idea who to call when I needed help. Landmark had good rating, so I called. They certainly earned their excellent ratings. I reached out on Thursday and by Monday, they had contacted me, gone to my home to diagnose the problems, and resolved them. It was amazing. I will certainly use them again.
