Walked in looking for a part in which I wasn’t familiar with.  After a few questions I had, he became frustrated and simply walked away.  I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he said “go”.  If you want friendly, patient customer service, stay as far away from this place as you can.

Super friendly staff and great customer service.  Purchased parts for Sho-Me LED lights for emergency vehicles and 2 spanner wrenches for fire hose. Fair priced and in stock.

Great selection. Very accurate.  We went there today to pick out our selections for our contractor, and the manager put everything together and it was sent within hours of us leaving.  It was accurate, and she even included pictures of what we chose in the email (which really helps when you can't remember the names of everything you picked).  She let us know the better priced options first, and also let us know the quality of each. She was also very friendly.  My husband and I would definitely recommend this place.

I was in need of a hot water heater and Landis Plumbing had what I needed. I could have went to Lowes or Home Depot, but chose Landis Plumbing, because they are locally owned and very nice to deal with. Have never been disappointed with the quality and help.

Good service, They know there stuff and have a great show room.

Called looking for a part for my hot water heater I commented that I was not happy with the hot water heater manufacturer the lady who answered the  lady who answered the phone became hostile and belligerent towards me I will never ever called him back again

I was looking for Toto toilets and Landis Plumbing is the only Toto showroom in a 50-mile radius of Charlotte. I was trying to decide between a couple of different options and fortunately Landis Plumbing had them (as well as pretty much the entire Toto range!) in their showroom. Prices were better than I had been able to find online and they had them in stock ready to go.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and remembered me when I got to the showroom and pointed out the models we'd discussed.

Priscilla was awesome.  Picked out everything for our 2nd bathroom.

The staff is great to work with the prices are very good and they keep great quality products with the selection.

Extremely knowledgeable and the personal was topnotch..
They deserve 10 stars.
