The best service ever. We are using Lanco for few years already. Old school work ethic. Always, nice, always on time and profesional. Nowadays is hard to find any company with good customer service. Called Lanco Plumbing after a holiday weekend and call was returned quickly. Plumbers arrived within time scheduled. Repair of leaking shower faucet completed without issues. Justin and Blayne were very friendly, helpful and professional. I am VERY pleased with service and repair. They also answered some of my other questions about other plumbing satisfactorily. Yes expensive but was within my expected budget. Consider that one is paying for professional, licensed plumbers to provide their expertise and advice to complete a project that I could not have done.

Charged over $1000 to repair leaking water main. I dug out 80% of the line before I called. Two plumbers arrived said they said they didn’t have anything to fix it with in their truck and would have to come back unless I had a compressor they could use to pressurize the line to find the leak. I showed them where the leak was but they wanted to use my equipment and two hours of payed time to verify. (I did not get reimbursement for my equipment rental). They then shut the water off and left. They rescheduled for the following day and then canceled and said they couldn’t be out for two more days. Remember they shut the water off. I called and explained what was happening, we’ve been customer since Mark started lange’s plumbing. The now hahah vp called me a liar and threatened not to finish the repair. She literally yelled I was a liar. Why would I lie I never complained before and only stated the truth. They finally came back and made the repair after 48 hours. They said they would be back in two hours to turn on the water but if I wanted them off the clock I could do it myself but the recommended time to let it dry was 24 hours. I sent them on their way and waited 26 hours. I opened all the taps and hose bibs and slow turn the water on. Yep hours later I had almost no water to the house. I went to check the repair and the fitting had separate. I cleaned the pvc replaced the 25 cent fitting and glued it with wet n dry cement. Still no reimbursement for the rental of my compressor and the loss of a loyal family of customers. Believe me there are better people out there and they will get our business
