  Lance Plumbing is an exceptionally professional and competent outfit. We've relied on them for installing a new boiler, rough-in plumbing, setting fixtures & fittings, etc and continue to rely on them as needed. As other posters have mentioned, Aaron is very thorough and all of our projects with him have proceeded on a timeline that far exceeded our expectations. It's worth adding that they consistently arrive when they say they're going to arrive (if not earlier) something that cannot be said for many others in the industry.

  Aaron is very professional and knows how to service Navians and hot water systems. He takes the time to explain and show what he is doing. Switched my annual maintenance from another plumbing company located in Gansevoort to Roy Lance and happy I did. highly recommend

  Very pleased with this plumbing service. Stumbled upon them through a referrel, had a hot water emergency and they showed up within 2 hours of my call. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable, saved our tankless hot water heater which was badly damaged; then went on to fix a kitchen sink leak and solved a rattling pipe issue in my laundry room which has plagued us for years! (Always misdiagnosed by others!) Very thorough and the bill was surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommend!
