  I would love to rate the quality of their work (and it may be excellent), however, I called on a Thursday afternoon and was told they could not get to me until early the next week, which I thought was understandable. The lady on the phone promised to call before sending a technician over. A week goes by with no call, no visit, nothing. A week.went by with no follow up. I then called back, and left a message, when no one answered during business hours. I mentioned in the message that I had called the week prior, and had not heard back from them. Here it is and another week has passed with no response. I am new to town, and have an out of town phone number, but of that is the reason I have not received even a courtesy return call, then that is an issue all of its own. Disappointing to say the least.

  Furnace was having trouble heating the lastfew days , this morning it finally decided to quit heating. One call out to Lamoni Plumbing, cooling and Heating, and my home went from 55 degrees to 67 degrees in no time. Dave also found a potential hazzard and took care of this for us as well. I always hear from people saying Lamoni does not have much. This is certainly true, but I assure you the business ‘ in this town will step up and take care of you when you need them , thank you
