  I was standing in the plumbing department at Lowe’s and he noticed that I was looking for some parts for my sink. He took time out of his day to help me find the right parts for no reason at all other than to be kind.

  Repeatedly gives a date or time to be on the job to complete it, but continually doesn’t show up nor follow through even after being paid ahead of time.!! Been dragging this plumbing job out for over 2 months now.
