  I have called for multiple jobs over the years. This most recent call is another example of the excellent quality of service that can be expected. And everyone they've ever sent have been personable, professional, and concise in their evaluation.

  Had an issue at the house with a floor drain. Visitors had clogged something up. Called my normal three places in town. Two of them returned my call within 2 1/2 hours. Lambasio answered the call immediately, scheduled me and they showed up before the time promised. Heath was their poop pipe guy that day and was personable, professional and clean. I was expecting a higher priced bill that day but was happy and surprised. Will use again if needed.

  We were referred to Lambasio and told that they do free estimates. If you call and ask they will tell you they do free estimates. So, we scheduled an estimate. The employee showed up 4 hours after his arrival window and was at our house for about 15 minutes. My husband was not given a quote that day and had to call several times to actually get the quote, which was more than we were expecting. We found someone else for LITERALLY half the price. Then we received a bill for $80 from Lambasio for the quote. We were charged for an hour of service. Would not recommend and will never use their services again.

  We pride ourselves on our high quality of customer service and are very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do offer free estimates for remodel work and new installs. We apologize that this wasn't clearly explained to you when you called for a gas leak and installation of a shut off. We believe this was a miscommunication on our part.
