  Lakeside was easy to contact, easy to talk to and easy to schedule. They listened to my concerns and what I wanted out of our service call. They were on time, communicated well throughout the process, and did all the work exactly as we discussed. The price was fair and it came in exactly on the estimate with no surprises. I feel like I have a reliable company to work with now going forward and would recommend them to any friend or family member without hesitation.

  5 STARS! This company is best in the biz! We have used them a few different times over the past 5 years and they never disappoint. Every employee we have ever met is honest, hard working and so friendly. Love working with them and will continue to use this company for any of our a/c needs in the future.

  Lakeside is my only choice for heating and cooling needs. I was having cooling issues all week so I called to have someone take a look. I called them last Friday morning (today is Monday) at 8am and Robert was here by 10am. Robert found out quickly that I had a bad leak. After discussing repair/replacement options, Robert set me up with a brand new system (at a VERY reasonable price) that was JUST installed 30 minutes ago. Omar and Jason were not only on time to begin the tear-out and install, but were here 15 minutes early. What I expected to be several hours without A/C was less than 3! They were quick and thorough and even addressed random questions I had about the system itself. I’ve gone to Lakeside for small matters and now a larger one but throughout each event, I’ve never stressed about who or what I was dealing with.
