  Poor customer service. Failed to submit energy rebate applications to PUD in a timely manner, taking over 3 mos to complete, and that only after innumerable calls on our part. Only then did we learn that the salesman recommended and had installed a unit that did not qualify for Chelan PUD energy rebate after specifically being told it was our intention to do so.

  terrible service- had to call another company and they found that the simple task of filter being cleaned had NOT been done by the technician.
