  So far I have used this company for three major (major to us) projects. First was a replacement of a mini-split AC system that was fried by lightning. We installed new and are very happy. Next, we had Phil install a new dual-fuel kitchen stove. Phil has experience in this area as well and also ran new copper gas lines for the installation. Lastly - on a bitterly cold night - my furnace quit due to a bad thermocouple. Phil and Amy put me at the front of the line for repair and he was in-and-out in about 15 minutes. We have been very happy with this company and their bidding on projects has been competitive.

  I really can't say enough great things about this company. I hired a different company and they didn't come back to finish the job at all than I call lake shore heating and cooling they came out and fixed everything the other company messed up. These guys are amazing and I will not have anyone but lake shore heating and cooling to come and do future work at my house!! If you want your hvac done right call these guys I promise you won't regret it!!
