Sarah, went out of her way to accommodate our scheduled gas stove installation. Mary Claire and Marcus came to install a gas vent pipe to our gas stove, they examined the area to search out any possible problems, explained the whole process, stayed late to get the job done, all while being professional and pleasant. I’m so glad we used Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and will definitely use them again. Thank you all for your hard work and for making it work.

What a pleasure working with a great company. Nigel was very knowledgeable and personable and took his time to explain my system to me and make the necessary adjustments. Daniel and Mary-Claire were excellent! I called in the morning and they were at my house to replace the water heater by early afternoon (other businesses couldn't get to me for 1 to 2 weeks). They worked very efficiently, were finished within 2 hours, left the work area cleaner than it had been, and taught me a lot about water heaters during the process. The price was higher than other businesses had quoted me over the phone, but I chose to go with Lake Michigan because I didn't want to go without hot water in the cold weather. A big thank-you to Daniel and Mary-Claire.
