  Not very reliable. Called 7/3 and scheduled an appointment for 7/14 between 8 and 12 as this was my second home and is 100 miles away. I received an email with no content and called to inquire. They said sorry about that but confirmed the appointment. On 7/14 I drove 2 hours to be here for septic pumping and after they failed to show by 12:30pm, I called and they said they did not have anything on their schedule and couldn't come until the following day. I called Prime Plumbing and they will be here between 2 and 5. Should have used Prime Plumbing to begin with.

  Danny showed up on time. We needed an inspection and clean out. After finding the access point he got to work and was done very quickly. I have the report I need to move forward on other projects. In the process of searching for a provider I had trouble getting a response when I called. He answered when I called, gave me a great estimate, came out the next day and performed the work. I would be happy to endorse his service any time.

  Horrible company. I paid 312$ to have my tank pumped, they didnt bury it right when they were done and ruined my system with all the sand they let in Thousands in damages. They wont even reply to my complaints. Avoid at all costs
