  I really hate to have to do this, but I feel I have given this company plenty of time to respond to me. I contacted this company in regards to a leak coming from my master shower, and at first was very pleased with their service. I was told that there could be two things causing the issue I have. One of which the guys sent to my house were pretty certain would fix my issue, so I chose to go with his advise. I was told that if the issue was not resolved to give them a call back and they would come back out. Needless to say the issue was not resolved and worse than before. I have called, and messaged this company in Facebook. Was told that someone could come out in Monday. Today is Friday. I have not heard back from anyone after messaging and calling. I was charged money for my original visit in which made the leak worse. How’s that for customer service?!?

  Highly recommend for your plumbing needs !!!! I called the company the day my hot water heater stopped working . They came out within an hour or two later after dark and got it fixed within 15 minutes . They were a lifesaver especially due to the fact I had a newborn and three year old at the time and needed hot water. I am so pleased with them !!

  Parker Trent is the best he never charged me to come look at my water heater and he fixed it at no charge also. I highly recommend Parker Trent for all your plumbing needs
