Thought my drain was plugged and turned out that my left pump was just unplugged. They plugged it in and charge me $175 for coming over!! Big mistake trying to use these guys never again!!!!!!

We had a terrible episode with my daughter's Septic Lift Pump and the basement. I contacted La Roche's Septic and I cant tell you how wonderful it was to talk to this lady (Kathy) and how calming she made me feel and scheduled a service man to come out within a couple of hours. The service man represented the company wonderfully . He took a lot of time discribing what the problems were. THANK YOU
