  Guys were super nice and knowledgeable, great attitudes. Disappointed though because I was charged 65 for sink drain that was not cleared. I already knew how to hook up the p trap, I took it apart and placed a bucket under to catch water months ago. I needed main drain cleared or an estimate to fix but no solution was offered

  The lady that answers phone is very pleasant & willing to assist. The repairman was also very nice & courteous. I will continue to use L&R for my plumbing needs. One other thing, during the major TX no power & water shortage in February 2021 this lady was courteous each time I called to see if they were going to be able to get to me that day...never rude. The guys came & worked in a very muddy mess but were very courteous & never said anything about working in it. I appreciate this company.
