  I was very pleased at first with their quick response to coming out and fixing the problem. The technician who replaced the AC units did a great job. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the frustration on them telling me that I was getting a 25 year warranty if I paid 850.00 more. I thought that sounded good. Once the work was completed, they notified me that it was wrong and they misspoke. It was only a 5 year warranty. They said sorry and would then give me a "discount" of only charging me what they "actually worked and not what was quoted" As if that's any good. I wouldn't expect to have to pay for a 30 hour job if you completed it in 24 hours! Would you really have charged me for those extra hours if you didn't in fact work them?!? That's so dishonest if you run your practice this way!!! This was very upsetting that they didn't see the frustration on my end. So in the future, I'd hire the technician, but never go through L & L EVER AGAIN. Save yourself the hassle and get a quote elsewhere. It could cost you big time.

  Sticky fingers. We had a installer , Frank Lockyer come in from the company to look at the AC unit for estimate. My daughter left him alone for a little while. Then he left with his truck. The same afternoon we were missing some tools from the garage. We called the sheriff but they said they could not do anything unless we caught the guy in the act. We did not call these folks again. He would not bother to return our phone call either....Juares S.

  I have never went to this juares sanches house for an estimate, or did anyone else from LL mechanical. Fake name, fake review and it will be reported
