  Would not recommend, sloppy, cost me over 150 $ a foot to have a 1inch water line put in, they didnt clean up after them self's, dumped sand and gravel right in the lawn, complained to the workers about the back fill of the hole they dug, and they told me to call kemp tile and complain, so i did thinking it was weird seeing i didnt hire them , got a call back from kemp telling me why did i call i didnt hire them . So i went in today to complain to the boss and i dont think he listened to a work i said just wanted to complain back about having to go down 7 feet . Do not use these guys call chads !!

  Refuses to cover payment for repairs to a job they never completed in December 2018 under previous homeowner... charged me $320 to 'auger' my lines, and didn't even take the time to make sure the toilets flushed... and then billed me... and ignored my calls for the next month until it got so bad, that we had a sewage leak in our crawlspace because of the roots backing up from... *drumroll* the job they never completed (removing old cast iron lines and installing new cleanouts... they left 2 sections of cast iron with roots embedded.) Because of all the flooding in my crawlspace... I now have a leaking foundation... and need to dig up around my house, re-seal it, and install a sump crock and plumb that. Guess who won't be getting called for that job... Oh... and this review could easily be removed if they actually decide to do the right thing...

  Went there to get a washer. The lady there very informative. We got the washer. Being delivered today. Very professional and friendly people
