  After calling 6 south Deschutes County area electricians and getting only answering machines, I was frustrated. Finally on a social media site a response from a remodeling company wrote that if the person needing an electrician contacted him he’d give the name of the great electrician they hire for their projects. I left a message and within minutes the remodeler called to give me the name of Kronberg Electric. Even though they were 50 miles away in Redmond, I called. I was so excited to get a real person, not an answering machine. Travis arranged for Mike to come to our house in the next half hour. He was on time, pleasant, and solved our problem. The rate was reasonable. We didn’t have to spend a weekend with no heat or water. Of the other companies we left messages with one called back that day and said he could help us in 3 months. One called back in 3 days to say they were too busy and the rest never called. I highly recommend Kronsberg Electric.

  We had an overall excellent experience with Kronsberg Electric. We needed some relatively minor work done but had a long list and I had called upwards of 10 electrical companies in the area and they all either never replied to the message I left or just said 'sorry, no, we are too busy'. Kronsberg was the only company to actually listen to my needs and put a plan in place without considering us not worth the time. They set a date for about 3 weeks in the future and then called back a week or so later to say they could now come even earlier! Our electrician provided excellent, friendly service and got everything we needed done in a short time. The cost was reasonable. They will definitely be our first call in the future.

  I called for an appointment to add an outlet and got it scheduled w/i 14 days. In this busy construction/maintenance market, that was sooner than I expected. Travis called me early this morning with questions on the order so he could prepare, then showed up exactly when he said he would. He was courteous and quick. He scouted the issue and we discussed options, then he got the work done in a timely manner. His work area was left clean and he did just what I'd requested. He went beyond to properly label a couple of switches/boxes to avoid power cut-offs in future. The office personnel are friendly and professional as well. We've used Kronsberg for repair visits at one of our business locations and are just as pleased.
